International orders: You may be charged import duties and taxes by your country. Please note that we are not responsible for those charges, nor can we predict if your order will be subject to import duties or taxes. Please consult your local customs office for more information.

For dealers and customers with their own agreements, separate shipping agreements apply.
After sending the order you will receive an order confirmation on your email. In the order confirmation you will receive information on order number, total amount of the order and payment method (Paypal, VIPPS or credit card).
If the order is in our hands before 12:00, we do our best to send the order the same day. If goods in the same order are not in stock, we will divide the order into two shipments and send as soon as the goods are in stock again. Remember to check that all goods are in stock, as we like to deliver orders together.
When the item is shipped from us, the delivery time will depend on our carrier, normally the delivery time is 1-7 days, your shipment can always be tracked.
In holidays it can be 2-4 days longer delivery time.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the address you provide when ordering is correct. If the item is damaged on delivery, you must notify us as soon as possible and preferably on the day of arrival. Please use email. Describe the damage carefully. For uncollected parcels or letters sent in return you will be charged NOK. 200 for the cost of shipping, return shipping and administration.
