Payment

We accept VISA and Mastercard in our webshop

All credit and debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. Please note that we do not deduct the payment at the point of purchase, but instead reserve the payable amount on your card, until your order leaves our warehouse.

Before submitting your order, please review it for accuracy. Once you click the "complete order" button, we will send a confirmation email with the details of your order, including: your order number and the payment method. If you need to change your order after it has been made, please get in touch with us, so we can walk you through how to delete and resubmit your order.

We use the third-party transaction provider Nets to process card payments. Brynje does not access or store your card or payment information at any point.

You can pay with PayPal in our webshop

Millions of customers worldwide use PayPal for one reason: It's easy. After the initial set-up, you only have to enter your email address and password to confirm payments. See www.paypal.com for more information.

Declined card payments

The use of 3D Secure (3DS) requires customers to complete an additional verification step with the card issuer when paying. You may be prompted to navigate to an authentication page on your bank’s website, where you enter a password associated with the card or a code sent to your phone. The processes used will be Visa Secure and Mastercard Identity Check.

If your credit card and/or debit card has been declined, or you have recurring issues when paying with your card online, we recommend contacting your card issuer to verify if the card used is able to undergo 3DS verification.
