Returns & Right of Withdrawal

 

Issues with the product upon delivery? Contact us promptly!

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. The items you ordered should be free of defects upon delivery. If an item is defective or something went wrong during delivery or transport, please contact us quickly - preferably on the day of arrival. Read more about warranty and complaints


In Brynje stores, we offer a 14-day return/right of withdrawal and a 30-day exchange policy:
 

  • This means you can exchange the item for something else.
     
  • Free exchange applies only to private customers. The Right of Withdrawal Act applies only to consumer purchases. Therefore, the right of withdrawal cannot be used by companies or others who have purchased as part of business activities.
     
  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date you received it. Outlet items cannot be exchanged.
     
  • The product must not be used, and the packaging must be intact and undamaged. You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if the item is deteriorated or damaged so that it cannot be returned in “approximately the same condition and quantity,” and this is due to lack of care or negligence on your part. Keep the original packaging if you are unsure whether you will keep the item.
     
  • Underwear (boxers, hipsters) is considered not “in the same condition” if it has been used/tested/tried by the consumer. For hygienic reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these products.


How to return an item:
 

  • Fill out the return form, print it, and include it in the package with the product.
     
  • Send return items and return form to:

  • If you wish to cancel the purchase, we will deduct NOK 200 from the original payment to cover our return costs. We will then refund the remaining amount to your account.
     
  • If you do not pick up the package you ordered and remain completely passive, this is not the same as exercising your right of withdrawal. You have then not met the requirements set for you under the Right of Withdrawal Act §11 and §13 and therefore lose the right to cancel the agreement. You will then be charged for shipping costs both ways and a fee of NOK 200 for processing the case.
