Repairs
We are happy to help you with repairs, but for minor issues, you can probably fix them yourself. It’s faster, cheaper, and more environmentally friendly than sending the clothes to us.
How to repair:
Brynje offers a 5-year warranty on production and material defects.
Such garments will, if possible, be repaired or replaced. Read more about Warranty and Complaints
We help you repair
We are happy to assist with repairs that are not covered by our 5-year warranty.
Prices are as follows:
- Replacement of front zipper: 450 NOK
- Seam repair: 350 NOK pr. hour
- Other repairs: 350 NOK pr. hour
- Return postage: 200 NOK
- Washing of product: 400 NOK
Wash the product before sending them to us!
If the product is not washed according to our instructions, we reserve the right to charge 400 NOK for washing.
Normally, we return the product to you after approximately 2 weeks.
