Robust technical hardshell pants for women designed for high mountain and expedition use. These pants provide excellent weather protection in cold climates and perform in the harshest conditions on the planet. Designed in collaboration with accomplished expeditionists, the Expedition Pants are made to last and have an array of well-considered technical details.

• Built with non-noisy, windproof and highly water-repellent material.

• Four-way stretch and well-placed seams provide optimal comfort and freedom of movement.

• Stretchy materials tend to be less water-repellent, however, these pants have been constructed with Schoeller® WB formula 3-layer material with C-change hydrophilic membrane, which has an impressive hydrostatic head of 20,000 mm. Additionally, they have been treated with Schoeller’s 3XDRY waterproofing to ensure a highly water-repellent surface while still allowing adequate moisture transport
  
  Our Expedition Collection is primarily intended for use in cool and cold conditions. The garments will keep you dry and comfortable for extended periods of light rain, and are quick-drying. At times of prolonged or heavy downpours, you may experience some water seepage, but in exchange, appreciate the superior breathability compared to a fully waterproof pair of rain pants.

• Where there is a risk of heavy, persistent rain, it is a good idea to pack a lightweight storm shelter as a weatherproof cover for yourself and your backpack. This can also provide shelter in unexpected bad weather, keep an injured person warm, and be used as an emergency stretcher.

• Full-length leg vents and front bib opening for effective release of excess moisture and body heat. For optimal moisture transport and thermoregulation, we recommend wearing Super Thermo mesh next to the skin, with a Classic merino wool midlayer on colder days.

• Easy to go to toilet: Pull down the side zippers and keep the suspenders on.
