All Taxes & Duties Included
- The total price shown in our webshop checkout includes all applicable taxes, duties, and import fees for your destination country. No additional charges will apply upon delivery.
- Missed deliveries and charges due to incorrect shipping information are the responsibility of the customer. For uncollected parcels or returned letters, a fee of 200 NOK / 20 EUR / 20 USD will be charged to cover shipping, return shipping, and administration.

Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location, purchase value, and chosen carrier. During peak times and holiday periods, please expect delivery to take 2–4 days longer.

Order & Delivery
- Register your name and address and create an account before you start shopping.
- Place your order with us by adding the product(s) you intend to purchase to your online shopping basket. Choose the option of registering a customer account, or proceed to payment without registering an account.
- After submitting your online order, you will receive an automated email confirmation with your order number, total amount payable and your selected payment method (Paypal, VIPPS or credit/debit card).
- Your order can always be tracked.
- Orders containing multiple items that include products temporarily out of stock, will be divided into two shipments, with the in-stock items sent to you first. To avoid delays and double shipments, we recommend checking that products are in stock before ordering.
- If you have any problems ordering or have questions related to your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
- In the event that your product arrives in a faulty or damaged condition, please notify us promptly (the same day if possible) so we can assist you with next steps. We will ask you to supply us with photos of the faulty item in order to agree a replacement or refund.
