The inside stays dry thanks to minimal contact points with the skin and polycolon yarn that absorbs little moisture. At the same time, the mesh structure traps a lot of warm air, giving the garments excellent insulation. During high activity, the mesh wicks moisture away from the body. The wool absorbs and evaporates the moisture further out while forming an insulating layer over the air pockets in the mesh.
