Clothes for cool days and changing weather
Choose clothing that keeps you warm in changing weather, whether you’re in high or low activity. What you wear is crucial for your safety. You can get chilled during a mountain ski trip, but also if your car breaks down in a remote area. Always carry clothing and equipment that will keep you dry, warm and safe.
- Multiple layers of clothing: Regulate your temperature by taking off or putting on clothes as needed. Mesh fabric next to the skin transports moisture away from the body when you are active. When you are sitting still, the mesh provides insulation because warm air is “trapped” in the cells.
