Even L. Sverdrup

Even Leivestad Sverdrup has always lived an active life. He grew up with outdoor activities and spent many years competing at the top level in Norwegian mountain biking, before his passion for the outdoors took over.

- I really want to live. Time passes quickly, and I want to pursue my dreams. My greatest fear is growing old with dreams I never realized, says Even.

He seeks mastery and a sense of freedom through a versatile outdoor life. Together with his wife, Kristina, he crossed Alaska - an 1,800 km expedition through demanding wilderness with encounters with bears, wildfires, and life-threatening situations. After 57 days, they became the first to cross Alaska from northeast to southwest. He has also driven 3,000 km across Iceland, skied across Svalbard, summited Aconcagua, and climbed in Norway, the Alps, and the Himalayas. In recent years, Even has also done a lot of marathon running.
