Returns & Complaints

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Brynje purchase. You have the right to expect our high-quality products to arrive undamaged and fault-free. 

  • In the event that a product arrives in a faulty condition, either as a consequence of production errors or damage during shipping and delivery, please contact us promptly, so we can assist you with next steps. We will send you a new product once we have assessed the faulty one.  
  • We require 3 photos of the faulty garment to assess and agree a replacement or refund. We will not cover any repair costs that have not been pre-authorised by us.
  • Please fill in the return form included with your purchased item. We will email you a confirmation of receipt once the item has been returned to us. If you wish a refund at this point, we will use the same payment method as the original payment. Should you wish to exchange the product for a higher priced one, we will send you an invoice for the difference.

Right of withdrawal - 365 days

We will refund or offer an exchange for items returned to us within 365 days of the date of delivery. The prerequisite for exercising this right of withdrawal is that products are returned to us in their original condition, without damage or signs of use, and in their original undamaged packaging.  

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product is damaged or no longer in a resalable condition due to lack of reasonable care on the part of the customer. Make sure you keep the original packaging in case you decide to return the item. 

For hygiene reasons, underwear bottoms (boxers, briefs etc) will not be accepted if they have been tried on or worn for any length of time.

The above right of withdrawal applies to individual customers who have purchased items for personal use. It does not apply to companies or customers who buy our products for the purpose of resale. 

If you fail to collect your order from us (from a pick-up point such as your post office) this is not the same as exercising your right of withdrawal. In such cases we will charge you for both the delivery and return cost as well as a handling fee of 200 NOK.
